Overview: Created a sophisticated monogram, palette, and business card suite for a Central Valley real estate broker moving upmarket.

Challenge: The identity needed to speak to bilingual clients, stay premium for high-end listings, and remain readable at yard-sign scale.

Solution: Crafted a CR ligature inspired by architectural floor plans, paired it with slate neutrals and copper foil, and delivered production-ready cards plus social marks.
